We do not claim ownership of user-submitted content unless explicitly stated otherwise.
By submitting content, you authorize JuicyBlock to host, display, process and use that content as necessary to operate the website and provide the features associated with your submission.
5. Upload Requirements
By uploading an image, post, listing or other content to JuicyBlock, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to upload and share the content.
- The content does not violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights or other applicable rights.
- The content does not violate applicable law.
- All individuals depicted in submitted adult-oriented content are at least 18 years of age.
- You have obtained lawful consent from individuals depicted in the content where consent is required.
- Information you provide is not intentionally misleading, fraudulent or submitted for abusive purposes.
You must not upload content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, unlawful material or content that you do not have the right to share.
6. Posts, Places and Events
JuicyBlock may display different types of content, including People posts, Parties & Events and Business & Services listings.
Users submitting a listing are responsible for the information they provide, including descriptions, contact details, public map locations and other submitted information.
JuicyBlock may review, edit, refuse, hide or remove submitted content where reasonably necessary for moderation, security, legal compliance or operation of the platform.
7. Public Map Locations
JuicyBlock allows certain posts and listings to be associated with a public map location.
If you submit a post, you are responsible for choosing an appropriate public map spot. Do not select an exact home address or another private location if you do not want that location associated with your public listing.
Location information displayed on JuicyBlock should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a person, event or activity is physically present at that exact location at any particular time.
8. Access and Bonus Access
JuicyBlock may provide Access features that unlock additional private content or listing details on eligible People listings.
Access may be provided through paid Access products, promotional access or Bonus Access.
If an upload qualifies for a promotional or Bonus Access benefit, that benefit is granted at our discretion and may be subject to additional conditions, limitations or abuse-prevention measures.
Access codes are intended for the recipient and may not be sold, redistributed, manipulated or used to bypass JuicyBlock’s security or access controls.
Access provides access to eligible private content or listing details. Purchasing or receiving Access does not guarantee that any person will respond, communicate, meet, provide a service or otherwise interact with the Access holder.
Access does not constitute the purchase of a meeting, response, introduction, relationship or service from any person or third party displayed on JuicyBlock.
9. Uploads, Bonus Access & Retention Policy
To prevent abuse of the upload Bonus Access system, we reserve the right to retain uploaded content for a minimum period of thirty (30) days from the date of approval where the upload qualifies for a promotional or Bonus Access benefit.
Requests for removal submitted within this minimum retention period may be reviewed but are not guaranteed to result in immediate removal.
We further reserve the right to refuse, remove or retain content where reasonably necessary for compliance, security, abuse prevention or operational purposes, subject to applicable law.
10. Managing Your Listing
Where listing-management features are available, users may be able to update information, manage photos, change the public map spot or control whether their listing is shown or hidden.
Management links, codes or other private listing credentials should be kept secure and should not be shared with unauthorized persons.
Hiding a listing does not necessarily require immediate deletion of all associated data where retention is necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or under the retention rules described in these Terms.
11. Intellectual Property & Rights
JuicyBlock’s own website design, branding, software, original graphics and other original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We do not claim ownership of user-submitted or third-party content unless explicitly stated otherwise.
If you believe that an image, listing or other content displayed on JuicyBlock violates your intellectual property rights, privacy rights, personal rights or was published without lawful consent, please report it to:
Reported content will be reviewed and, where appropriate, action may be taken in a timely manner.
12. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use JuicyBlock for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload or distribute content involving minors.
- Upload non-consensual, unlawful or unauthorized content.
- Impersonate another person or intentionally provide fraudulent information.
- Submit false, malicious or abusive reports.
- Attempt to scrape, copy or redistribute website content without permission.
- Attempt to bypass Access controls, security systems or abuse-prevention measures.
- Interfere with the website’s operation, functionality or security.
13. Third-Party Businesses, Places and Events
Business, venue, place and event information displayed on JuicyBlock may relate to independent third parties.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the presence of a business, venue, event or external service on JuicyBlock does not mean that JuicyBlock owns, operates, represents or endorses that third party.
JuicyBlock does not guarantee that a listed business, venue or event is open, operating, available or taking place at the time a visitor views the listing.
Business details, opening hours, events, services, prices, availability, addresses, websites, phone numbers and other information may change without notice.
Users should verify important information directly with the relevant business, venue, organizer or other third party before travelling, making arrangements, making a purchase or relying on a listing.
14. Profiles, Contact Information and User Interactions
JuicyBlock provides a platform for discovering profiles, posts, listings, places and events. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, JuicyBlock does not represent, verify, guarantee or act on behalf of the individuals or independent third parties displayed on the platform.
We do not guarantee that any person, profile owner, advertiser, business or other contact displayed on JuicyBlock will respond to messages, calls or other attempts to make contact.
We do not guarantee that contact information, profile details, descriptions, ages, names, photos, locations, availability, preferences, services or other information provided by users or third parties is accurate, complete, current or authentic.
A profile, post or listing appearing on JuicyBlock does not guarantee that the person or service is currently available, interested in meeting, located at the displayed map spot, or willing to communicate with any particular user.
Users are responsible for evaluating information and deciding whether and how to communicate, meet or otherwise interact with another person, business or third party discovered through JuicyBlock.
JuicyBlock is not a party to communications, meetings, arrangements, transactions or other interactions between users and independent third parties unless explicitly stated otherwise.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JuicyBlock is not responsible for unanswered messages or calls, inaccurate or outdated information, false or misleading user-submitted information, cancelled or unsuccessful meetings, or the conduct, actions or omissions of users or independent third parties.
If you believe that a profile, post or listing contains seriously inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or unauthorized content, you may report it to JuicyBlock for review.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, policies or practices of independent third-party websites.

16. Limitation of Liability
JuicyBlock is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, the accuracy, completeness or reliability of user-submitted or third-party content, or the conduct of other users or third parties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JuicyBlock shall not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or from reliance on profiles, contact information, posts, listings, locations, events, businesses, external websites or interactions discovered through the platform.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JuicyBlock shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from communications, meetings, arrangements, transactions or other interactions between users and independent third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. Enforcement and Moderation
